The newly restored State Library by Purcell Miller Tritton Architects shows how B–Line bookshelf lighting in a bronze finish works with discretion under its magnificent gilded ceiling. LED–Eye In Mayfair

LED–Eye, Aktiva’s newest spotlight range, debuted in display cases at this French luxury luggage maker’s Mayfair London store. Specified by designers Light Bureau, its compact (30mm diameter) and fully adjustable beam discreetly highlights beautifully crafted handbags and travel luggage. LED–Eye fittings are currently being installed in the company’s Rue Saint–Honoré Paris shop. With a choice of 3 focused beams (11°, 16° and 28°) and warm–to–cool white colour spectrum, LED–Eye’s options will suit a wide range of proximate lighting applications.

B–Line’s 1by1 fitting is a single–sided reading desk and carrel light whose modules can be fitted to any desking length. This exceptionally long version – 21 lights over 20 Metres in Brushed Stainless Steel finish with touch controls looks out on a spring flowered courtyard – the setting for the New Library and IT Centre designed by Edward Cullinan Architects.
